Welcome to BLISS, operated by Vyoma Innovations. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use BLISS.

1. Eligibility and Use of BLISS

• BLISS is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Rewards and Bliss Coins

• Users may earn virtual reward points (“Bliss Coins”) by completing eligible activities within the app.
• Bliss Coins have no monetary value and do not represent real-world currency or financial instruments.
• Redemption options, availability, and values may vary and are subject to partner verification and applicable terms.
• BLISS does not guarantee that users will earn rewards, reach payout thresholds, or successfully redeem Bliss Coins.
• We reserve the right to adjust, delay, withhold, or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, system error, or policy violations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
• Manipulating activities, referrals, or reward mechanisms.
• Using automated tools, bots, or unauthorized methods.
• Interfering with or disrupting BLISS systems or services.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or harmed the integrity of BLISS. Upon termination, any unused Bliss Coins may be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

BLISS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyoma Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, reward partner failures, or loss of rewards.

6. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue BLISS, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
